Your name, email, mobile number, location, CV, portfolio links, your answers to the role's questions, your availability, and your salary expectation if you choose to share it. We also store an anonymised fingerprint of your connection to prevent abuse.
To assess your application for the role you applied to, communicate with you about it, arrange interviews, and keep a fair, auditable record of hiring decisions.
We may ask to record online interviews for assessment and review. You will be told before the interview and you may decline — the interview then takes place unrecorded. Access to recordings is limited to the hiring team involved.
SELF's hiring team and the interviewers assigned to the role only. We do not sell your data. We use technical providers to run the system (hosting, email, file storage).
Application data is kept for up to 12 months after the role closes, then deleted. If you opt into the talent pool, we keep your profile for up to 24 months for future roles; you can withdraw at any time.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw your application, or ask us to delete it by emailing hr@selfksa.com. We respond within 30 days.
